Reserve your address
Pick a location and reserve a receiving address — one per package. You get the host’s address with a unique AddHawk code attached to your name, like “Robert Pryer AH3476”. That code is how the host knows the package is yours.
Ship to it & get notified
Use that exact name and address at any online store’s checkout. When the package arrives, the host matches the code and you get an email with your 6-digit pickup PIN.
Pick up with PIN + ID
Collect on your own schedule during the host’s hours. Show your pickup PIN and government-issued photo ID matching the recipient name — the host checks both before releasing the package.
Register your business
Tell us about your location: name, address, hours, business type, phone, and website. Any staffed business with secure storage can apply — mailbox stores, shipping centers, pharmacies, cafés.
Accept the Host Agreement
One agreement covers the standards: secure storage, ID checks at pickup, notification within 24 hours, and record keeping. You sign electronically during onboarding.
Connect payouts
Verify your identity and bank account with Stripe. Your share of every transaction is paid straight to your bank — you never handle AddHawk’s money.
Publish and earn
Add your listing to the directory with your carriers, hours, size limits, and prices. You set the prices; AddHawk adds one platform fee per transaction, shown before anyone pays.
Payments
Pay by card or USDC (via Stripe) or Bitcoin (via OpenNode). The total — host price plus the AddHawk platform fee — is shown before you confirm. No membership, no subscription.
Safety
Hosts are independent staffed businesses bound by the Host Services Agreement: secure storage, photo-ID checks, and 12 months of records. Reviews and the Verified badge help you choose.
Privacy
Your home address stays out of store databases and off shipping labels. Hosts only get the details needed to hand you your package, and are bound to protect them.
The rules
No prohibited items (weapons, drugs, hazardous goods, counterfeits and more — see the FAQ), photo ID at pickup, and collect within the listing’s holding period.
